The drive to training set the search radius
Our son trains five times a week, and once we started looking at places near Phuket that quietly became the hard constraint. Not the sea view, not the size of the garden, but whether he could get to the dojo himself without one of us driving him every single time. We drew a twenty-minute circle on the map and simply did not look at anything outside it, even when a listing was tempting. Inside the circle there were seven houses, which turned out to be a pleasantly short list to work with. We cross-checked the districts on https://thailand-real.estate/ so we were not guessing where the circle ended. Has anyone else built a property search around a training schedule?
